Help with your set.

Your ball is supplied deflated with a white inflation straw. For product-specific setup help, contact VERA before using an inflation method you are unsure about.

The set includes three fabric resistance bands: Light, Medium and Heavy. Choose the grade appropriate to your exercise and experience.

The bands contain latex.

One pair is included, marked EU 35–40. The materials include combed cotton, spandex and latex, with silicone grip details on the soles.

The mesh bag is for the three resistance bands. The open-top cotton canvas tote is a separate carry bag for your Pilates props.

For cleaning or storage guidance, tell us which component you need help with so we can provide the relevant product information.

Follow appropriate guidance from a qualified instructor, and do not use a prop in a way you are unsure about. Stop exercising if you feel pain or become unwell.
