Delivery & returns
Standard delivery is included in England, Wales and Scotland. Dispatch within 1–2 working days. Estimated arrival is 3–5 working days from order.
You can return your set within 30 days of delivery. After the statutory cancellation period, the set must be complete, resaleable and only inspected as you would in a shop.
You pay return postage for a change of mind. For faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete goods, VERA pays the appropriate return or remedy costs. Your statutory rights are unchanged.
