Set up your ball
The ball is supplied deflated, with an inflation straw.
Insert the straw into the valve and inflate until the ball is about 25 cm across. Remove the straw. Do not over-inflate.
Keep the straw with the ball.
Resistance bands
Your set contains three fabric bands: Light, Medium and Heavy.
Materials
The bands and the socks contain latex.
Storage
Use the canvas tote to carry the set and the mesh bag to keep the bands together.
