Your set
The VERA Ritual Set is a Pilates set available in two editions: DUNE and NOIR. Both editions contain the same items and are the same price. The contents and edition details are shown on each product page.
Colour and finish can appear differently on different screens. We will not supply a materially different product or make a material substitution without your agreement.
Price and payment
Each edition is £85, including standard delivery to England, Wales and Scotland. There is no separate standard-delivery charge or remote-location supplement within this area.
The total price is shown before you place your order. You pay through Shopify checkout using one of the payment methods available there.
Placing an order
Please check your edition, quantity, delivery address and contact details before completing checkout.
Your contract with House of VERA Ltd is formed when payment has been authorised and we send your order confirmation. If payment is not authorised, no contract is formed.
Before accepting an order, we may decline it if the set is unavailable, a material error affects its price or description, we cannot deliver to the address provided, or we reasonably suspect fraud or an unlawful transaction. If we have taken payment for an order we do not accept, we refund it.
If a problem arises after we have confirmed your order, we will contact you. We will not change the product or price without your agreement. Any cancellation or refund will respect your statutory and contractual rights.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our Delivery & returns policy explains where we deliver, dispatch and estimated arrival times, your legal cancellation rights, our additional 30-day return, and what happens if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete. It also explains return costs and refund timing.
If an event outside our reasonable control delays your order, we will tell you when we can. Your statutory rights continue to apply.
Using the website
Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to breach its security, introduce malicious code or infringe anyone’s rights.
Our branding and original website content belong to House of VERA Ltd or are used under licence. You may use them where the law permits or with our written permission.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, your statutory consumer rights, or any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Your information and Shopify
Shopify provides our checkout and related commerce services. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. For its Enhanced Services, Shopify also uses customer information as an independent controller to improve its products and provide advertising and personalisation using activity across merchants and Shopify. This processing may take place outside the UK.
Our Privacy policy explains how we and our service providers use personal information, including consent and privacy choices. You can also read Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and use Shopify’s privacy portal to exercise rights relating to its processing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders and visits. A later update does not change a contract already formed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You keep any mandatory consumer protections of the part of the UK where you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or the part of the UK where you live.
